Evangelization

Through education and pastoral work, the pioneers of our congregation made tremendous impact on the society. Through pastoral work we aim at building up the parish community along the lines given by Ecclesiology of II Vatican council and post consular documents. We help our people to be in touch with the recent growth in theological and musicological knowledge.

we keep in mind that our Christian people have to live their faith meaningfully in a very fast developing world. We plan and act in such a way that preparation for marriage includes the duty towards responsible parenthood, the dignity of women as an equal partner in marriage and the duty of man as an equal partner in child rearing.

We are zealous in leading pious associations. we use them as training ground for knowledgeable and committed lay Christians who are deeply rooted in faith. The importance of the role of laity in the Church is highlighted and made practical in the local Church through these associations.

We take a leading in making the liturgy meaningful and nourishing for the people in the parish. we instruct the people regarding meaningful enculturation of liturgy and help them to appreciate it. We educate people to accept changes in the Church practices, the new teachings in the Church etc. is in important duty of our Community in the Parish.

We cultivate the strength of unity among the people confirming their fraternity as people of one God, in the divided society by religions, through inter - religious harmony.
