Slowly we have taken Medical Service as our main apostolate and started many dispensaries and slowly developed centers for AIDS PATIENTS and ALCOHOLICS. The neighboring civil District (fourteen Countries) has the highest incidence of leprosy in the world. So we educated some of our more talented sisters up to M.D. then took over a large leprosy hospital from the Franciscan Missionaries. Today we are caring for hundreds and hundreds of lepers, build home for them, provide a large farm for them and also train them in various industrial trades, so that they can earn their livelihood in dignity and self-respect. We give Medical care for AIDS patients, both Adults and Children, and also we have Tuberculosis diagnosis centre . All these treatments are given at one place itself and that is the Holy Family Hansenorium, Fatimanager, Trichy
